A collective shared purpose helps everyone on the leadership team know what they are trying to do and where they are heading.
It makes it easier to see how well the team is doing and to spot what people need to learn or improve next.
Culture & Innovation
The leadership team shows everyone else how it’s okay to behave at work.
If they listen, support each other, and welcome new ideas, people feel safe to speak up and try better ways of doing things. If they don’t, people stay quiet, stop suggesting ideas, and just do the minimum.
Leadership System
Assess how the leadership team runs the business.
Do they work together, share responsibility, and make decisions as a team? Or does everything still have to go back to the CEO /MD because people only look after their own area?

This checks how work actually gets done.

This looks at whether the leadership team can turn ideas into a real plan.
Do they build the plan together, make it clear who is responsible, and keep checking it’s happening?
Or do plans get talked about once and then forgotten?
